This page explains what personal data we collect on vendoriusb2b.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have.
The data controller is Digital Creations LLC, 5203 Juan Tabo Blvd STE 2B, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87111, United States, trading as Vendorius B2B.

When you fill in the form to book a call we ask for your first name, last name, email address and phone number. When you schedule the appointment on Calendly you may also provide your company website and any information useful for the conversation.
When you visit the site we collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the source of your visit, including the tracking parameters contained in the link you clicked, which tell us which ad you came from.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. It works immediately, with no need to write to us.

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
The controller is based in the United States and several providers are US-based, so data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or, where applicable, on the Data Privacy Framework.
The site uses technical cookies, required for it to work, and measurement and advertising cookies set by Meta, Google and LinkedIn. The latter are activated only after your consent and help us understand which ads bring enquiries.
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the banner settings, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and request that it be corrected, deleted, restricted, provided in a portable format, or object to its processing. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it without giving a reason and without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before.
Write to privacy@vendoriusb2b.com and we will reply within thirty days. If you believe your data is being mishandled you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it.
Note. If your company received a cold email from us and you do not wish to be contacted again, simply reply to that message asking to be removed. We do it straight away and we will not write to you again.
If we change anything significant we will update this page and the date at the top. Changes apply from the moment they are published.
